Kyllo's Seafood & Grill: We will never go back to this place again!

Let me start by saying that of all the restaurants my fiance and I have eaten in this establishment is by far the worst we've ever come across when it comes to customer service and food quality. My fiance ordered the Filet Mignon which was easily $30.00 by itself. It is his favorite cut of meat...after about the second bite he just couldn't eat anymore...we spoke with the waitress and told her it was "awful" and he wasn't happy. Keep in mind he hardly ate any of it. She said that the owner was there that night and she would have to talk to him. Pretty soon the "manager" comes over and we tell her our concerns...she disappears never to return. Finally the waitress comes over and says the owner says there is nothing he can do!! Outrageous! Not even an offer of a substitute, free dessert, a discount...AN APOLOGY...NOTHING! We are stuck paying for this steak that taste like leather and we had to pay full price! Come on Kyllo's, sack up and stand behing your menu...even Mcdonalds will refund your money if you're not satisfied! Awful overpriced food, very crowded, unprofessional staff. Danny and I DO NOT RECOMMEND KYLLOS...Please share with you friends and do not eat there.
