Rugged Country Lodge: Pet friendly

We travel with our dog Scoodles, and finding a nice motel that is pet friendly was a real blessing. The staff is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Kind of out of the way, but still close to downtown Pendleton. For the money, an A-1 motel

Pendleton Woolen Mills: Great bargains on wool blankets

The showroom is jam packed with all kind of goods made from wool. I bought a handbag a shaving kit and an Indian trade blanket, and almost bought several more blankets,but ran out of time and money. Some of the blankets are seconds, but I couldn't find anything wrong with them. They just sell them for a lot less money than retail price. We didn't take the tour, but the gift shop is worth returning for.
