Foodie Find: Enjoy a Pinot blanc

Just 30 minutes from downtown Portland, this family-owned winery has produced world-class Pinot Noir and other cool-climate varietals since 1970. Visitors can taste current wines and stroll one of the region's oldest vineyards. Enjoy the winery's lawn, patio and bocce ball court areas during the summer months. A variety of custom tour packages are offered by appointment; private event space also available. Open daily from 11am - 5pm.

Since its founding in 1970, Ponzi Vineyards has practiced winemaking that is grounded in a remarkable balance between innovation and tradition. In the cellar, gentle handling and a deep respect for varietal integrity are the foundation of their winemaking philosophy. Ponzi offers a public tasting room open daily from 10:00am – 5:00pm and a private event space available to rent. Their wine is L.I.V.E certified and organic and is nationally distributed.

Ponzi Vineyard

One of the many local vineyards, it's just 30 min. from downtown Portland. Take a tour of their cellar while having a taste of a current release. Great tasting options. And we played bocci ball!
