Apples and Pears and Plums, Oh My!
Clear Creek Distillery produces and sells a wondrous variety of brandies, liquors and whiskey right here in Portland. Visit the showroom and take advantage of the free tastings to investigate as many flavors as you can. The Pear and Apple brandies are the most popular but we loved the Cassis liquor, Grappa, and Slivovitz (Plum) brandies, as well. And, do not pass up the opportunity to try the Douglas Fir Brandy. Yep, it does taste like it.
