Extensive Research library and Photo archives (open Tuesday and Wednesday, plus 1st and 3rd Saturday). Enjoy sweeping views of Willamette Falls.
This isn't just any museum. The view looks over Willamette Falls, 18th largest in the world. In the winter it's awe-inspiring. The museum has changing exhibits with the End of the Oregon Trail Center at the other end of town. There are great Native American artifacts, petroglyphs, a piece of the Willamette Meterorite and a reconstructed 19th century pharmacy. Industrial history, settlement of the West, tribal stories and more can all be found here. There's a great library to research family history. And admission is all part of the Historic Oregon City pass.
