Exploring craft since 1937, Museum of Contemporary Craft is a vibrant center for investigation and dialogue; expanding the definition of craft and celebrating the artists who create it. Located in Portland’s North Park Blocks, the Museum engages audiences through provocative exhibitions, educational experiences, a growing collection and a premier sales gallery.
The next stop is the Museum of Contemporary Craft. Founded in 1937 and built with donated materials by the Works Progress Administration (WPA), the museum houses a collection of more than 1,000 craft objects including works in ceramic, glass, metal, fiber and wood.
