Best place in the area

The CV water problems were a result of totally redoing the towns water system within the city limits. Unfortunatally the person before me who reviwed Lakeside Terrace was staying there at the time this was happening. That reason withstanding, the restaurant has great food and the rooms clean and reasonably priced. I have stayed there before and would do it again as it is the best relaxing place in the area. One of two places where the locals gather also.

The Terrace is ok, but CV water isn't.

Good food, good service, warm fire in winter...lovely setting overlooking Baert Lake. Cabins overlook the lake too, are cozy, need updating.
Temporary and permanent RV hookups, but choose your spot strategic to your setup. Great trees! Need more trees for big shade in the camp area and some outdoor BBQ's would be great.

The showerhouse while very welcome, has some drainage issues that take from its otherwise warmly appreciated BIG benefit to the community at large, at a fair price on balance.
