What's Not to Like?
The Resort is under new ownership and it seems that no aspect of the operation is going unreviewed. There is a new chef in town (namely, at the sleek on-site restaurant "Altitude." Apparently fish mongers and friendly farmers now trek to the kitchen to provide the creme de la creme and the freshest of fish for their - are you sitting down? - tiedye sashimi. Chicago-trained Paul Bosch & co. are seriously into molecular manipulation of their groovy "amuse" plates. Sound sci-fi? You have to check it out.
