    We have stayed at the overleaf three different times in the last 6 years. Absolutely reccomend it!. Beautiful place. No pet or smoking allowed. Beautiful view. Many of the rooms have hot tubs over looking the ocean. Well kept place, great service and staff. Highly reccomend! We are actually returning there in the Fall of 2011 again. So excited!

    Overleaf Lodge - perfect getaway

    Picture-perfect location right on the water - step outside and feel the ocean spray. Aside from being able to watch the waves break on the rocks from inside or out, you can walk the path along the ocean, enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of wine from the beautiful art-filled lobby, the bench on the ocean, or your own patio. After enjoying the fresh air, you can hit the hot tub and/or spa (excellent quality services and products) before choosing one of the many nearby eating spots. Hard to describe what a magic place this is - the staff is top-knotch and you just feel welcomed and "at home" from the moment you step into the lobby. They have some good seasonal deals and a variety of special rooms, some with fireplaces. Good any time of year!

    Overleaf is worth bookmarking

    The Overleaf Lodge promises and delivers. The lodge is graciously designed along a walking trail at the edge of the sea. One of the lovely and unexpected features is that the sea thunders up along fingers of basalt right outside the windows and so the view is of the Pacific's great crashing waves and constantly changing scape. The rooms are laid out and decorated with the amenities and understated comfort essential to a great getaway. I was charmed from the moment I arrived; I could feel my muscles start to relax. The final touch is the world class care the staff provide. For those who seek the extra luxury of a spa experience, a tour through Overleaf's facilities is sure to close the deal if there's any doubt. A place to go revisit.
