Great Breakfast

While I usually venture to the Manzana's in Lake Oswego, I've been to the one in the Pearl District several times on the well. They serve breakfast on weekends which is one of my favorite things to indulge in. To fit with their "mexican inspired" theme, they have a delicious breakfast burrito and chipotle chicken omelet. They also make a near perfect mimosa, which typically goes down way to quick. Breakfast is very reasonable, and the food delicious. We had a great service last weekend in Lake Oswego, which also has great outdoor seating for our beautiful summer days.

If you can grill it, they have it

At Manzana they are very proud of their apple wood rotisserie grill - rightfully so. Chicken, ribs, beef, fish - everything comes on the grill. Food is good, great deals for happy hour (which runs from 3:30 to 6:30 and 9pm to close) that draws a crowd from the surrounding Pearl ad agencies and art galleries. While the food was convincing, service was lacking (who wants a hostess chewing on her finger-nails?).
