Pho Van Vietnamese Bistro serves Vietnamese cuisine for lunch and dinner in an up-scale atmosphere. We are situated in The Gregory Building on the corner of Northwest 10th Avenue and Glisan Street in the Pearl District.
Sit outside at Silk around 8:30 for dinner and watch the people stroll through the Pearl! The Streetcar comes by every 15 minutes or so and gives you more to view! Also, you must try the Shaking Beef and the Sea Bass! Both are excellent!

What a treat is was to have lunch at Silk last week. The service was excellent and the food was awesome. I can't wait to try more of their menu. We also had a glass of ice tea which was probably the best I've ever had.

I love the atmosphere, the $5 pho bowls for happy hour, and delicious drinks. Definitely check this place out in the Pearl District if you are craving pho.
