Happy Meatballs
This restaurant makes me happy. It's officially my favorite all-around restaurant in Portland--the service is consistantly good, the food is always awesome, the ambiance is happy and the wine list is on-point. I recommend the Albondigas (Meatballs), they alone are worth the trek. Sit back and enjoy a little piece of Espana in NW Portland.

I really like Spanish food but Patanegra was a disapointment. Out of all the tapas we ordered only the corquetas were good, the rest was boring. On top the service was really lacking. Yes, maybe they were understaffed - but is that my problem as a customer. And even then, it is still no reason not to be friendly. The
