Best Dining View in Portland
A great view from 30 floors up overlooking the city. Food and service are also excellent, although pricy. You pay extra for the view.

Amazing!
Gorgeous views, great ambiance, and delicious food. Not for those on a budget unless you go during happy hour and limit yourself to one drink. Otherwise, I suggest the filet with the blue cheese sauce paired with a bottle of the EIEIO Pinot Noir!
