French retail bakery serving coffee, teas, pastries, soups, sandwiches and savories. Specialty breads, beer and wines.
I'm sure they're know for their french pastries but the coffee here is excellent! I really liked the large table layout as well. Such a friendly atmosphere.

This is most likely the best but also the most expensive bakery in Portland. Bread, rolls, sandwiches, quiches and more to eat in the cafe or to take home. It is always, always busy - if you want to eat inside or sit at one of the little tables on the sidewalk, expect to wait. Expensive but worth it.
