Favorite restaurant in Portland, so far.....
Going to Fratelli's feels like you're going to a very posh establishment indeed, with amazing service and a lot of attention to detail. But it's super-reasonable in terms of price. The chef clearly has a good time creating a sweet-sounding and tasty menu.

Fratelli
One of the first restaurants in the new Pearl District. Warm ambiance, excellent Italian foods and wine. Menu features locally grown (Wepler) vegetables. Some of the vegetables even come directly from the owner's garden.
