Hotair Balloon Festival

Northwest Art & Air Festival (Albany Visitors Center)

This unforgettable event is held around the end of July or the first of August. This event has an early morning Hot Air Balloon lift off at West Albany High School, Air show with vintage plane display at the Albany Municipal Airport and various activities for all age groups at Timber Linn Park.

My granddaughter makes us get up early every morning of the festival to watch the balloons fly over our house and if we are feel especially adventurous we jump in the car to chase the balloons.
