Where's My House?

Eugene has a sorry lack of housing for moderate-income families. The University of Oregon (bless their Nike swoosh heart) has done little to alleviate the crush of college kids who take over our city every year and gobble up all the what-used-to-be-affordable-housing for families. I'm sick of the rental market being jacked up with sky-high prices because of the lack of student housing and the landlords looking to make a fortune renting out their moldy paint-cracking houses to students.
