Yummy Food, Cozy Atmosphere

Cafe Nell is a cute bistro in NW Portland's Alphabet District. The restaurant can be a bit loud at time, so plan on speaking loudly to your table-mates.

I ordered the trio of soup, which was marvelous and a bargain at $5. For dinner, I had the braised short ribs which were perfect for a blustery fall evening.
