Delightful Cajun Small Plates

I had the most delightful meal last night with a girlfriend at Tapalaya. We ordered 4 different plates - a shrimp special, collard greens, crawfish beignets and a wonderful pork skewer over blue cheese fondue.

Each item we ordered was cooked perfectly and had wonderful flavor. Our waiter, Shane, was super nice and quite hilarious. We topped our dinner off with wonderful bread pudding (though we were tempted by the bacon ice cream!)

I highly recommend this darling little restaurant. I can't wait to go back!
