Artisan Producer: Saint Honoré Boulangerie

St. Honoré Boulangerie is a neighborhood bakery and café with locations in Northwest Portland and Lake Oswego. Both bakeries, feature handcrafted French breads and pastries, as well as sandwiches, quiches and savory entrées, salads and soups and premium coffee drinks. The bakery’s décor and menu reflects owner Dominique Geulin’s French roots and his passion for using the highest quality sustainable ingredients. A statue of Saint Honoré, the patron saint of bakers, sits prominently next to the European oven, keeping watch over the baking process.
