Both the cocktails and food served in this cool space are inventive and delicious. The menus change frequently, and are almost guaranteed to include unfamiliar terms, but you are in the hands of inspired bartenders and cooks here - take a chance! The happy hour menu is great, with a variety of $5 cocktails and a short but sweet list of food items.
I strongly recommend the "Millas, Poached Egg, Bacon, VT Maple Syrup, Tabasco" -- this dish consists of a poached egg atop a slice of polenta (that's "millas," apparently), alongside a monumental slab of bacon -- more like pork belly. The textures and flavors were remarkable.
