Tantalizing Tapas

While in McMinnville recently, we stopped in for lunch at La Rambla. We took our seats at the bar and we were immediately greeted and handed a wine list and menus. I ordered a Mojito, which was fantastic. I glanced briefly at the VERY extensive wine list and was impressed. We decided on a roasted artichoke, short rib croquettas, potatoes bravas and a piquillo pepper stuffed with dungeness crab and cheese. Every single thing we ordered was delicious, and the perfect sized lunch for two people.

I'm looking forward to trying dinner at La Rambla sometime soon - the paella looks pretty amazing.
