Love the signature salad!

Since Blondies' Bistro is located in a small strip mall, the restaurant's first impression certainly isn't one that makes you want to automatically walk in the door. But do it! The service was efficient and sincere. The ambiance was comfortable. And, the Blondies' signature salad was absolutely dynamite. Warm pecans, sprinkled with dried cranberries and thinly sliced tart apples, organic lettuce drizzled with a really wonderful, light dressing. Scrumdelicious!

I met another young woman the next day who reinforced my perception of the place....she was in her mid-20s and she said all her friends go there after work because the bar is really cute and the food is excellent.
