I love mustard

These people have so many flavors of mustard. They let you sample as many as you like and their prices are very good. They have a lot of gift baskets. Its just a fun experience

When we entered Barhytes we were greated like long lost cousins. Everyone was so nice and the samples they gave us were delicious. Their showroom is small, but they have some very nice gift items. If you want a real made-in-Oregon gift, Barhytes is the place to get it.

Tasting available right at the factory! Barhyte Specialty Foods has yummy mustards, marinades, new wing sauces and other gourmet treats. In their new beautiful tasting room they offer samples and the view is great. This is a treasure of gourmet delights you wouldn’t expect to find in this well known cowboy town. Check out their special Gift Baskets for UO, OSU, UW, & WSU! Try Aviator Ale Porter Mustard – a Gold Medal Winner at the 2008 Napa World Mustard Competition. Their flavors will really kick up your recipes and they will share some of their own recipes with you too!
