I finally had a chance to explore The Vibe's menu ... and can now definitely recommend the Quarter Pound Veggie Burger! For six bucks you can have whatever you want on it - I went with avocado, tomato, sprouts, mixed greens, and the Wild Wood Garlic Aioli (I had no idea what it was, but they recommended it, and it was fantastic).
The lavender Earl Grey tea was excellent as well, and they let me pick my own mug! :-)
The kitchen is open from 11am-6pm Monday through Saturday.

Heading home from Corvallis on the Amtrak bus ($16.50 from Portland - and it got me here at quarter to ten) on Monday night, my ride hadn't materialized, so I headed down the street toward The Vibe, and was soooo relieved that it was open until 11pm!
I hadn't been there before, but it turned out to be a great place and I will definitely be going back. They serve Stumptown coffee, offer free wi-fi, have four computers that cost 8 or 10 cents a minute to use, and serve vegan food! And the atmosphere is fantastic - great color scheme, fireplace, cool vintage (and vintage-esque) furniture, and the cutest little laptop tables ever.
It's open 7 am to 11 pm, Monday through Saturday.
