I spotted Pastini before it opened but just today had the chance to try it out for lunch. I was pleasantly greeted and surprised to see how organized and efficient everything was, especially since it's so new. Our waiter was very attentive and the service was great, not to mention the food. Everything I had was delicious, including an amazing dessert, make sure you don't miss out! I would highly recommend it, in fact I don't have anything negative to say!

I've been to Pastini a couple of times now, and have been quite pleased. I've been saying for years that Corvallis needs a good pasta place (not that Marzini's isn't fine ... it's just not great), and I'm super pleased that Pastini is an Oregon chain!
The spaghetti carbonara is yummy, and the lamb dish that I tried the last time was good too! (The only slightly weird thing is that your entree order includes just your entree - it would be nice if all dinners came with a salad and bread, or something similar, to make it a full meal.) I would recommend the tiramisu as well.
Our server was friendly and patient with our party, even though one of us arrived late. Also, they can split charges for appetizers/desserts among the group, which was great since we split an appetizer AND asked for our tiramisu with four forks!
