A dessert fit for a chocolate queen

There's plenty to say about the delicious food and speedy service at 50 Plates. But for the purpose of today's tip, I'd like to focus on their DRINKING CHOCOLATE. The dessert menu, in addition to many chocolate-based confections, offer three types of drinking hot chocolate. The milk is brought to the table pipping hot, next to a frozen stick of fudge. Patrons melt as little or as much as they want of the fudge in the milk.
Personally, I dumped the whole thing in the milk the first time, and found it a bit too sweet. Now I'm using 2/3 of it.
