Kickin' off the week-end

What could be better than a buzzing and bustling gathering place to kick off the week-end? American Dream Pizza has the best pizza in town and sets the right tone for a casual weekend in Corvallis.

You'll find a line to order, you pizza but don't despair. Everyone is happy (it's Friday!) and the orders are up quickly and with a smile. A mini pepperoni for my daughter and an Ed Abbey for the adults. Great staff, good food, and lots of good energy. Sit outside or on the roof when the weather cooperates. After pizza we walk next door to Francesco's for a tough choice of fat free or full fat gelato. This is where it pays off to limit your pizza consumption at dinner. The younger set like the birthday cake flavor, I opt for the fat free limone. To complete the experience, we meander along the sidewalks, checking out what's new at the downtown shops. TGIF.

Pizza!!!

American Dream has without a doubt the best pizza in town. With two fabulous locations, they offer amazing pizza, great salads, and rooftop dining at their downtown location. Definitely somewhere to go, even if you only have limited time... you'll be sorry if you miss it!
