Audio Eco History Tour!

could this be any more Portland? Bicycle rickshaw (pedicab) and

What a lot of fun! even long-time Portlanders will discover something new during this fascinating ride in historic Old Town.

The tour starts and ends at the Japanese American Historical Plaza, and in-between you'll have a wonderful ride and hear some great stories about the people and places that made Portland--well, Portland. Captain Couch, Alexander Ankeny, the New Market Theater, Dan & Louis Oyster Bar, the Merchant Hotel, the China Gate--great stories!

The iPod sound system in the pedi-cab is great--you can control the audio level, too. The tour winds through historic Old Town, New Chinatown and--did you know?--Japantown. After the ride, you'll have a map with listings for shopping, dining and nightclubs, so you can have fun in today's Old Town!
