My girlfriend and I enjoyed a dinner here recently. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, upscale but welcoming with a nice large wall of windows facing out toward the water.
We were both very impressed with our drinks from the bar, but our food was a mixed bag. Some elements of each dish were nice, others were questionable. The portion sizes were about average but the presentation of each plate was quite pleasant and artistic. Desserts and cocktails were definitely the highlights.
Overall, I think more work needs to be done to justify the prices here, which were roughly 6-12 for appetizer and 22-36 for entree. With that price I'm expecting an impeccable meal, and that's not what I found. I would visit the bar again for drinks, but I plan to give this one time to mature before I try another dinner.
My girlfriend wrote up her thoughts more extensively on her blog:

H50 is a very nice looking restaurant in Hotel 50 (the old Sheraton 4 Points) and beause they just opened I will give them a break. The service was very nice, but totally not on the ball. And it is soooo expensive for what you get. If you are hungry, don't go there, if you want a pretty presentation on a huge plate with little food, and a high price this is the place for you! Sorry...but it is true!!!
