Sushi Sho

It only has about 10 tables as well as a sushi bar. Is a bit hard to find and didn't look like much from the outside, just some big block letters in a commercial plaza, but the inside is nicely decorated, modern, and comfortable. But lets talk about the sushi. The fish was very fresh and the yellowtail is on the fatty side, which makes it great in my opinion. The flesh was almost buttery. The octopus isn't chewy, a big plus. Portions are large and prices are reasonable (about $8-12 per roll). The "Dream Roll" was amazing, it came with a lemony sauce which really complimented the albacore on the roll. The Sushi Sho special hand roll (with tuna, avocado, crab and crunchy rice flakes inside) was delicious. And the customer service was superb (our glasses were never empty for long) . I also liked that we were served one dish at a time so we had time to enjoy it and didnt feel rushed even though it was past the time they were open for lunch. I know this feels like I'm gushing but I dont encounter really good places really often and they seem to deserve more customers than they have.
