Yummy chicken salad

Stopped in for a quick bite and decided on the chicken salad sandwich. The chicken was moist and chunky (all white meat) and was mixed with bits of celery, cherries and almonds. It wasn't a huge portion but definitely filled me up. The roll was light and airy and brushed with balsamic vinegar which was a nice compliment to the creamy chicken. It came with a side of potato and canellini bean salad, which seemed a bit underdone and crunchy but it was very fresh tasting with a sprinkling of parsley on top.
