Lotus Restaurant

The Lotus Cafe is located only one block from the waterfront and the Salmon Street Springs Fountain. There are sidewalk tables on the Taylor Street side and also on the Third Avenue side; from the latter you can see the fountain and the park. There are outside loudspeakers for the music that is splayed while you eat. The food is quite good. We had a southwest-style catfish-stuffed tortilla that was original and delicious. In fact, we liked the cafe so much that we went back the next day for lunch--and were not disappointed!
