Security Staff is Nuts!

I used to really enjoy seeing shows at the Roseland. It is an interesting, small venue and allows you to get really close to the music. The balcony is also a good place to chill out and sit. That said, I will not return to this place. On multiple occasions, I have been or have seen others being manhandled by their over zealous security staff. They treat everyone walking through the door like a criminal. They walk around with chips on their shoulders convinced everyone is there to cause them problems and not see a good show. I don't pay for show tickets to be treated this way and threatened to be kicked out. Wait for your favorite band to play at the Crystal or Aladdin where the staffs are friendly, courteous and understand that we attend shows for music not to reek havoc on poor, dejected security guards.
