Blue Cheese Truffles!

Pix Patisserie makes the most divine blue cheese truffles. Seriously! The blue cheese is surrounded by a dark chocolate crust then dipped in cocoa powder. Unbelievably good.

Great stuff here at Pix! I love the fancy apple tart and can't walk by without getting a macaroon.
