Warm, friendly, great food and drink. A Portland icon on the east side, it has good service, great TV and a lot of locals. Patio is good on nice days and happy hour is truly happy. Located in an old historic building, East Bank has a history of 30 years in Portland. Perfect example of how small businesses succeed in Portland.
