Hidden Treasure
This is a great little place to get away. Each room has a different theme. The place is cozy and welcoming. It does have beach access, but it is a bit of a climb, but the views are great.
It is a place we will be returning to again and again.

Hidden Gem
Each of the rooms are unique and decorated to match the room name. Although not located directly in Newport, it is only a short drive into the center of town. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the owners are friendly. Free movies, beach access and great views are all pluses at this place. The prices are reasonable for the area.
The beach access isn't for anyone that has difficulty walking or climbing as you do have to navigate stairs and at times a steep climb, but you can stop and look at the views to catch your breath.
