The Spouting Horn has been a Depoe Bay fixture for a million years, and it feels like it - in a good way. It's a little worn, a little tatty, smells a little funky, but the food is great and far less expensive than most places on the coast. I had a half-order of pan fried Yaquina Bay oysters for $12, good and filling.
The waitstaff is friendly and sweet, even late in the evening, the pies are great, and the view is beyond lovely no matter where you are (if you don't have an ocean view, you'll have a harbor view).
