Dinner at the Plateau

The whole dining experience at the Plateau was awesome! My husband and I had our first visit on March 4th. to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. We had the Entree of Pendleton Whiskey Steak and it was to die for! It actually melted in your mouth and it was seasoned just perfectly.. Got to tell that the chefs know what they are doing. We were treated so nice and friendly by all. The service was fantastic and the food was hot. I would recommend this highly to all. We will definitely go back! And we want to give a special "Hi" to Betty! :)

Plateau was added to the Wildhorse Resort with the latest expansion and fills a much needed niche in eastern Oregon for great, upscale dining. We've been there six times now and have never been disappointed. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. I can especially recommend the elk, lamb, mixed grill and seared scallops. The non-smoking entrance is a great improvement. The wait staff has always been friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.

New Restaurant in town

Plateau is Pendleton's newest find dining restaurant. It is located in the Wildhorse Casino, but has it's own entrance. The view is from the restaurant is of the Blue Mountains. I love being able to see as far as the eye can see, and from this view you can do that. We had the scallops and the lamb. It was delicious. The have a good Oregon wine list. There is also a room for a private party there. The service is very friendly. We will go back!
