Egg Benedicts to die for!
I was traveling to Salem on business but went a day early to reunite with my childhood friend who had lived in Salem for a few years. If it wasn't for her local knowledge I would have never found this place and what a find it was! Just a nice little diner in a historic storefront. I really felt like I had stepped back in time with the decor but not with the menu! What a selection. My friend told me they were famous for the french toast and eggs benedict. Being and egg person I focused on the eggs bendict choices which were about 7 or 8. I ended up choosing the bacon & avocado with traditional hollindaise, I am sure my California roots were showing! I have to say they were great.
